Your Account

Your TMT account is the one login behind everything in the portal — your profile, your settings, your notifications, and the programs you've joined. This page covers how to get into your account and how to manage it.

Signing in

Sign in at app.thethirtyminutetrader.com with your email and password. A couple of things to know:

• Show/hide password — use the eye icon to check what you've typed.
• Remember me — tick this to stay signed in after you close the browser. Leave it off on shared or public computers.
• Forgot password? — the link on the sign-in screen starts a reset (see If you forget your password).

Once you're in, the portal takes you to your home — your current program, or your Starter home if you're on the free baseline.

Creating your account

There are two ways an account gets created:

You sign up yourself. On the sign-up screen, enter your first and last name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters), then confirm the password. You may be asked to complete a quick "I'm not a robot" check.

1. We email you a verification link — your account isn't finished until you click it.
2. Click the link and you're verified and signed in automatically, landing on your Starter home.
3. Didn't get the email? You can resend it from the "Check your email" screen, or go back and use a different address.

You're invited into a program. If you're enrolled by the team, you'll get a welcome email with a one-time setup link. Open it, choose your password, and you'll be sent to the sign-in screen to log in. If that link says it's expired, ask the team for a new one.

If you forget your password

1. On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? and enter your email.
2. We send a reset link to that address. (For your privacy, you'll see the same confirmation whether or not the email is registered.)
3. Open the link, set a new password, and sign in with it.

Already signed in and just want to change it? Do that from Settings → Profile → Change password — see Settings below.

Your profile and personal details

Open Settings from the portal, then the Profile section, to manage your personal details:

• Profile photo — upload and crop a picture (JPG or PNG, up to 5MB), or remove it.
• Display name, phone, country, and a short bio.
• Your email is shown here but isn't self-editable — contact support if it needs to change.

You can also fill in your trading profile — things like your trading experience, preferred style, risk tolerance, markets you trade, and account currency. These help tailor your experience and give MATE AI useful context.

Settings

Settings is organized into a few areas:

Notifications

The bell icon in the header is where notifications live. A badge shows how many you haven't read yet. Open it for a dropdown of your most recent notifications — things like events, assignments, journal feedback, and general updates.

From there you can:

• Open a notification to jump to what it's about (which also marks it read).
• Read all to clear the unread count in one go.
• Clear read notifications, or delete them one at a time.
• View all notifications for the full history.

You control how you're alerted under Settings → Preferences: toggle email notifications and session reminders on or off. (SMS alerts are coming soon.)

Terms and privacy

Everyone using the portal accepts the Privacy Policy. You'll agree to it when you sign up, and if a policy is updated, you may be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing — it appears as a short screen you accept to carry on.

Some programs have their own agreement to accept as well. Premium, for example, asks you to sign its program terms.

You can re-read the policies any time:

• Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice are public.
• Or open them from Settings → Legal & Privacy inside the portal.
