Your Programs

You have one TMT account, but what you can do inside the portal depends on which programs you've joined. This page explains the two layers of access, how to move between programs, and what each program is — so when your portal looks different from a friend's, you know why.

Two layers of access

Access is built in two layers. Keeping them straight saves a lot of confusion.

LayerWhat it coversWho has it
Portal accessYour TMT account itself — login, profile, settings, your history, and your Starter home.Everyone, from the moment you sign up.
Program accessThe extra hubs, content, and tooling a specific program unlocks (Launchpad, Activate, Premium) — layered on top of Starter.Granted when you enroll. Some programs are time-boxed.

When you first sign up, you land on Starter — the free baseline. Enrolling in a paid program unlocks that program's hub and tools on top of Starter; it doesn't replace it. You can hold more than one program at once, and the portal routes you to the right hub for each.

Your history is yours

Portal access is for keeps. Your completed lessons and trading history stay with your account even after a program's access window ends — see When program access ends below.

The programs at a glance

Four student programs sit on top of the portal. Each has its own guide with the full detail — here's the short version and how you get in.

ProgramWhat it isLengthHow you join
StarterThe free baseline — your home base, a taste of the library, and your first journal and live-sync account.5 daysFree with every account. You're on it automatically.
LaunchpadA foundation challenge that builds your core trading habits and routine.28 daysPaid enrollment; runs as a timed challenge from your start date.
ActivateA structured, cohort-based execution challenge — guided modules, assignments, and live trading.60 daysPaid enrollment, by cohort.
PremiumThe flagship TMT experience — academy content, coaching, and the full set of trading tools.1 yearPaid enrollment, with an individual access window.
Premium is in transition

Premium is temporarily available in its own portal. If your Premium experience looks different from the rest of these guides, that's expected during the transition.

Choosing and switching programs

The Program Picker is your home for moving between programs. Open it any time from the portal (it's the "Choose a program" screen), and you'll see a card for each program with your current status on it.

  • Launch a program you're enrolled in to jump straight into its hub.
  • You can be enrolled in more than one program at once — switching is instant and doesn't affect your progress in the others.
  • If you're on Starter with no paid program yet, the portal simply takes you to your Starter home.
Switching back and forth

Switching programs never resets anything. Your journal, accounts, and history are tied to your account, not to a single program, so they follow you wherever you land.

Why a program looks locked, sold out, or coming soon

A program card shows one of a few states. If a program isn't open to you, that reflects enrollment availability — not a problem with your account:

StateWhat it means
EnrolledYou have access. Use Launch to enter the program.
Not availableYou're not enrolled, and the program isn't currently open to you.
Sold outEnrollment is full for now. It may reopen for a future intake.
Coming soonThe program isn't open for enrollment yet.

If you believe you should have access to a program that looks locked, reach the team through the Support option inside the portal.

When program access ends

Paid programs run for a set window — a challenge length for Launchpad, a cohort for Activate, a longer access period for Premium. When that window ends:

  • Your learning content and trading history stay. Completed lessons and past trades remain available — that's part of lifetime portal access.
  • Program benefits return to Starter limits. Things like trading-account allowances, MATE AI, and coaching scale back to the free baseline unless you have another paid program still active.
  • Nothing is deleted. Re-enrolling (or joining another program) restores the matching benefits.

In short: you never lose your account or your record — you return to Starter and can step back up whenever you enroll again.
